Position Title: Commissioned Sales Representative Arsenal Oils and Extracts is an established recreational cannabis extract producer located in Aurora, Colorado. We are looking for an accomplished outside sales professional with previous experience in the Cannabis market to grow with us! We currently have a wonderful product that is already on shelf in several markets and will be rolling out a new brand in the upcoming months. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, proactive, sales individual. This position is commission only with a small base for expenses. Job Purpose: Develop sales strategies and attract new clients. Source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve personal goals & quotas. The Sales Representative will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, managing sales of products and delivery. Products and services include: Anointed and Aurora brand vape products concentrates and Arsenal Oils & Extracts processing services. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Present, promote, and sell Arsenal Oils and Extracts products and services. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. Continuously improve through feedback Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Delivery of product. In store promotion Other tasks as assigned by management. Job Qualifications: 1-3 years outside sales experience is required. 1-2 years outside sales experience in Cannabis markets preferred. Demonstrated previous experience in obtaining outside sales goals Demonstrated previous experience in sourcing sales leads and developing sales relationships. Must already possess or be able to qualify to receive a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division support badge and 21 years of age or older. Colorado residency, no felony convictions and must successfully pass an extensive background check. Must have own reliable vehicle. Knowledge: Working knowledge of medical and/or retail marijuana. Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining sales in medical and/or retail marijuana. Skillset: Leadership, reporting and information management, advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite,LeafLink and Metrc would be a plus. In-depth knowledge of MED rules and regulations also a bonus. Ability: Attention to detail, strong problem solving, communication, anticipatory thinking, calculating, multi-tasking, conflict resolution, teamwork, professionalism, accountability and proactive behavior. General positive outlook, behavior and attitude. Education or Formal Training: High School or equivalent, college degrees preferred Experience: Proven sales experience, process improvement implementation, sales analytics development and tracking. Working Environment: Home and Field Physical Requirement: Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks. May include: extended periods of sitting, lengthy typing and reading, standing, carrying or holding containers/boxes up to 75 pounds, and performing repetitive motions. EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT: Candidate must manage time and multiple tasks effectively and be willing to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines. TECHNICALLY COMPETENT- This position requires the candidate be computer savvy and proficient with Office software applications, google drive, word processing, and spreadsheets.
